- Matriculation (Class 10) pass - from a recognised board (by 01-01-2026)
- Age: 18-23 years (as on 01-01-2026; born between 02-01-2003 and 01-01-2008)
- Age relaxation: SC/ST - 5 years, OBC - 3 years
